If you haven't had a massage before, you may have some questions about it. Below are answers to my most frequently asked questions.
  • What type of massage do you offer at Insync?
    As a professional massage therapy practioner, I specialise in: Sports massage Deep tissue massage Swedish / relaxation / theraputic massage Pregnancy massage Mobile massage
  • What happens in a consultation?
    I take a detailed history from you to determine any specific issues and the areas you want me to work on. Essentially you tell me what you need so we can design a personalised massage treatment plan for you - including the style of massage and the pressure you prefer.
  • Do I have to sign up for a whole program or can I have just one-off treatments?
    You can definitely have just one massage. I do single sessions of 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes.
  • How much do you charge?
    30 minutes £45 60 minutes £60 90 minutes £90 Mobile massage costs a minium of 60 minutes plus travel time, and any parking charges.
  • Do you offer any packages?
    For a limited time only the following offers are available: For every new referral, a 10% discount on your next treatment for you as referee, and a 10% discount on the person referred's first treatment. Pack of three massages, valid for six months from payment: 60 minutes £160 90 minutes £240 For every five full priced treatments paid for (excluding those bought as packs), I offer a free 30 minutes Swedish massage.
  • Do you offer a mobile or at-home massage services?
    Yes. I am conveniently located in West Wimbledon and also offer mobile massages. Prices are based on a minimum one hour massage plus travel time depending on where you live. I look after you in the comfort of your own home and supply all the equipment. I just ask for organised parking and payment at the time you book.
  • Do I need a GP's referral?
    No, you dont need a GP's referral to make an appointment for massage treatments.
  • What massage oils do you use?
    I use hypoallergenic oils and balms. Please let me know of any allergies to any specific oils so I can accomodate your needs. As I am qualified in Aromatherapy, I sometimes add Essential oils to some treatments.
  • What qualifications do you have?
    I have Diploma in Natural and Complimentary therapies, a BTEC Diploma in Sports Massage & treatments, an ITEC Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology, and a Diploma in Pregnancy Massage.
  • Are you registered and insured?
    Yes I am registered with the Complimentary Therapists Association (CThA) and insured through Holistic Insurance Services. My certificate of insurance can be provided on request.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    I accept credit card, debit card and American Express as well as Apple, Samsung and Google Pay.
  • What if I have to cancel my appointment?
    If you need to cancel or reschedule, I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice, otherwise FULL FEE cancellation applies. I appreciate your cooperation. As a courtesy reminder, at the time of booking I will send you a text message, as well as a confirmation text 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
